Painting the exterior of your home? Follow the steps below.
Choosing a Color:
1) Review the PDFs of the color options selected by the paint committee. You can download
photos of the color boards here. 2022 Paint options
2) After reviewing the color options PDF, if you would like to see a board or two, please let us know which boards, and we schedule a time for the review of the boards.
3) If you would like to “check out” the stack of 24 boards out for 3 days, we ask for a check deposit of $500 made out to “Pine Bluffs HOA”. The check will be held until the set of boards are returned in satisfactory condition. (The Boards are inspected before “check out” and any damage will be assessed to the Owner)
4) You are not required to choose one of the 24 suggestions. If you would like to make your own color selection, the body color must have a Light Reflective Value between 20 and 59.
You also need to prepare a paint board or paint the colors on the home.
Approval Guidance. Picking one of the combinations does not guarantee approval, as the colors of surrounding homes, roof color, and stone work (if applicable) needs to be considered by the DRC before approving any requests.
A complete submission includes:
- Signed design review form.
- The colors you are proposing for your project.
- A photograph of your house with the new colors numbered on it.
- A photograph of your paint board or colors on your home if not using an option from 2022 paint options. The committee will need to make arrangements to see your paint board or colors on your home in person.
- Plot Plan- A plot plan can be obtained by emailing Building@parkerco.gov with your address and requesting a plot plan.
